I honestly think that we'll go into the season with 2 QB's RG3 and Kirk Cousins.

Very possible. If Rex gets cut, no one is picking him up so he will be there if we need him due to injury. However, isn't there a special roster exemption for QBs? Something like you can keep a 3rd qb and he doesn't count against the 53?

Because where is Rex going to go? He'll be sitting on his couch waiting for our call if we need him. Who else in their right minds would want him?

His status is in doubt? really?? he hasnt been ahead of schedule all along...he is running, cutting, throwing, planting on the back foot.....what is in doubt?

He will be the starter week 1 thru 16 and the playoffs!!!

Like what was said earlier...if we need to get another qb later on..>rex is a call away...No way anyone picks him up....He knows the offense.....not taking a chanec cutting a player nobody else would want!!!

He isn't playing in any of the preseason games for a reason. It is naive to say he is 100% because he says he is. He has had multiple knee injuries in his career. I don't think there is a coach in the league silly enough to think they would only need a single backup if RG3 is your starter.

Right.....he isnt playing in the preseason for a reason.....that reason.....we dont need to expose him to games that dont count.....plus it gives him another month...... I didnt say he was 100%...but I will take him where he is right now!!!!!

and like what was said.....RGIII goes down.....Rex is a call away......whats the big deal?? If he goes down and Cousins go down in the same game.....we lose that game if we have rex in there anyway....

I hope your wrong....I would rater devote that 53rd spot to someone who will contribute....or would be more likely to contribute...even if only on special teams

the myth that the skins need a3rd qb is just that . rex is a phone call away so if RG3 is ready then the qb position is a place to save a roster spot

i do like how fans for other teams think they know more about our team then we do

they get sound bites and read a few ESPN articles and think they are somehow "in the know " about RG3

sure he has had 2 knees injuries . i doubt we see 3 knee injuries

to be honest i will say what i have said all along . he will be healthy , he will start by week one , we will run our full offense and he will play 16 games unless we sit him after clinching a playoff birth.

all of this is about fear .
