Friend is offering me Eddie Lacy and Tony Romo for Nick Foles and Alfred Morris. Pull the trigger??

I would probably turn it down. Like Foles a lot more than Romo. Morris looked really good yesterday but Lacy would still be a upgrade if he can get his act together. I take it Foles is your starter?

Think he would do something to get Foles for Lacy now that he seems to be looking to upgrade with the RG3 injury. I would be comfortable playing Kaep but it depends on your scoring settings. My league he didn't have a great game last night but still put up 24 points. Others i'm sure he was hit a lot harder by the turnovers.

Agree - - but if you really want Lacy I'd say that's up to you. Is this a keeper league and you're looking to the future? If so, maybe keep the QB's out of it. And offer Alf for Lacy straight up.

I have Lacey ranked a lot higher than Alf in my rankings but after the first two games my concern with Lacey is if the Pack continues to have to play shoot out with teams like the J E T S Lacey's "kill the clock" value will not be there and as good as he is IMO he's gonna need a lot more touches than he's getting to be fantasy effective. Honestly, if your outlook for Lacey is different I guess I'd offer Alf straight up but that would be more of a latteral move IMO. I think you would want to fill that flex spot with one of your RB's if you were able to land Lacey and still keep Alf but looking at his team, that ain't happening.

I think the perceived upgrade from Alf to Lacy will cost you too much for what their actual difference is. Pre season I would have said for sure, but Romo's back might be a bigger problem than I expected.

Wasn't LAcy a top 5 pick? I might pull the trigger. Lacys value wont be any lower than this, and I don't expect them to throw 50 times a game. What do you guys think?

If you really want him I'd offer Alf for Lacey straight up. I think you may be undervaluing Alf (just like a hell of a lot of peeps did this year including myself). You could try Foles, DJax and TRich I guess but he may not be your friend anymore.................
