I don't hate this. He's gotten a lot of praise for the moves he's helped make and maybe fewer players dislike him around the league, as was rumored with Dipoto. Winning cures all though anyway.

Yea someone forgot to inform the A's pitcher he wasn't the 'ace' on the bump today.

The Hawks hang 48 on Detroit and the Mariners can't scratch out a single run or hit vs a pitcher with a 4-9 record and a 4+ ERA ?

Looks like the Mariners have to win out 4 games and Toronto lose 2 of their final 3 or we roll to TOR next weekend

Ya at this point just rest the staff. I think we are locked in to the 2nd WC.

I think the biggest difference with Hollander as GM is that Servais better figure out what he's gonna do if he wants to stay on with the team.

I had been saying that he had been on too long when every season up to now has been one letdown after another, but Dipoto seemed intent on keeping him on board regardless. Maybe he still has say-so, but Hollander...let's see how he handles things, too.

According to Servais, he has worked with Hollander for years and deals with him more than Dipoto. Said he was at his wedding and they seem pretty tight off the field.
