The dude has picked himself off the clubhouse spread room to lose about 25 pounds in prepping for 2014. I know some people want to blame him for the the Giants problems this year by not coming in shape but the fact is it was a combo of things.

I am happy for Sandoval and I hope he comes into 2014 ROCK 'N ! He has not given up on getting into shape. The big question will be if when he gets a new contract will he dedicate all efforts year around.

I say heck yeah he will. He is the bad ass Kung Fu Panda !

Who blamed Pablo for 2013?

I have seen him mentioned in the laundry list of "excuses", but I have not seen anyone credibly blaming the season on him.

I agree that he has done a good job of getting himself in shape during the season. But I still will not trust him until he keeps it off for a prolonged period and performs at an All-Star ++ level for the better part of a season.

Posey is looking for a new home come 2015-ish, and the hot corner is looking mighty nice right about now. Panda better stay serious if he has any desire to keep his spot with the Giants moving forward.
