Big win on the road for Steve Wojciechowski . First win on the road for Marquette in almost one year. Did it all with only 7 scholarship players playing today. Marquette may have a very mediocre record but my hats off to them and how hard they have fought in every game being shorthanded all season. Lots of guts. ! Great win. !

Next year the Golden Eagles have a top ten recruiting class coming in and I can't wait.

Marquette has lead in almost every game this year with the exception of two games fairly late in the game. They simply have no depth. I've been a fan since back when Al McGuire was coach and get riled up for their games just like I do for Notre Dame football.

This team fights. It's fun to watch to them get after it. Ugly, but fun to see them compete. Way different then last year when nobody gave a shit.

They just don't have the horses to hold onto the 10 pt leads they get. Run out of steam. One issue I have with Wojo is the stall ball. It almost blew another game today like the butler one. Stall ball sucks as is, but with a team that has no experience you can't pass up easy looks to waste clock.

Carlino has been our best player but it may be better he's iut. Let's the young guys get some run. And when he plays everyone in the building know he's gettjng the shot. So it's constantly him 3 against 1.

After 6 straight tough loses(only nova kicked out ass) it was great to get 1

Way to many three on two or three on one chances to not take it to the bucket. Instead they pulled it back out to run clock . I agree it was bad decision making on his part. Just glad to they could cling on to the lead this time. Boy they have to spend entire practices on the free throw line, there FT shooting is abysmal.
