IMO Chase Cord should be the starting quarterback for Boise State. Bachmeier is simply NOT as good a quarterback as Cord IMO. Cord makes decisions MUCH quicker than Bachmeier and their passing ability is pretty equal. Plus Cord is a better runner than Bachmeier. Just my opinion but I say go with the BETTER quarterback.

Last night Bachmeier completed only 3 of 8 pass attempts before he suffered the hip pointer injury for only 58 yards and 1 touchdown. Cord played about the same amount of time last night (as Henderson finished out the game) and completed 12 of 18 passes for 175 yds and 3 TD's.

Agreed. To be fair to Chase the play calling was garbage against BYU.

Lets just conclude that our coaches don't know what to do with both QBs

With Bachmeier our playcalling is so disjointed but we get better in the second half and he starts finding open receivers

With Cord we have a great looking opening drive and then our offense is never heard from again

At the risk of being called a "Twitiot" by Harsin I will agree with your comment that "our coaches don't know what to do with both QBs".

BUT.............the same could be said about the punting and several other areas of the team.
