will come from Gruden, not Dan. I think it is going to be very interesting to watch how the FA process unfolds. The Skins have a bunch of holes. Jay doesn't have 4 or 5 years. I wonder if there will be guys that Jay really wants and doesn't get based on Scot's approach to FA and whether that will cause friction between them, considering the fact that Jay isn't Scot's guy anyway?

Is this roster so bad, where Scot gets more aggressive than usual this year or does he leave Jay hanging and build on his own timetable?

I'm not going to lie, I want to go hard this year for fa's in their 20's. There are some guys out their that have their best ball in front of them and don't have a history of injuries. A couple of those guys Scot drafted. Maybe 8 am just tired of losing and have run out of patience. No, we are not a quarterback away, but we are two years removed from a division title. We're not close, but I really don't think Scot is taking over the total rebuild that was the 49ers. I'm hoping for concentrated aggression. But I do trust whatever Scot does.
