In case anyone hadn't noticed, he is in the lineup tonight. Gorkys was sent back down. Which is surprising, IMO, since to me it seems like Tabata is hurt.

Don't understand why they refuse to give Jose a break or just put him on the 15 day DL. Heck, we put freaking Morton on the DL with a mysterious "soreness" in the shoulder. Baseball's injury terminology cracks me up.

Maybe he needed that wakeup call with the demotion. I hope he can stay and be a top of the order with a good OBP.

Pirate management should take some heat for Presley's slump. They wanted him to take more pitches (pitch recognition), work the count, and draw more walks.

If he can be the .785 to .815 OPS guy that I think he can, he can be a big time help.

Presley clearly is off to a good start following his recall..... but one game is a VERY small sample size, and his OPS still is only .602. We gotta hope that he can duplicate his performance from 2011 (OPS .804). That would indeed provide a welcome boost for the offense.
