Game Thread: Preseason Game 2 - Los Angeles Rams @ Dallas Cowboys in Hawaii, 7:00pm PDT, 8/17/2019

This Saturday, the Rams and Caboys fly to Aloha Stadium in Hawaii and play a preseason game. Should be fun as the second and third-teamers will again be featured. I suspect everyone will be enjoying the trip. The game is later on Saturday evening so those Rams fans on the East Coast are going to be up into the wee hours to watch this one.

I listened to some sports pundits here in Phoenix discuss what is going on with Goodell and the impending CBA negotiations. Biggest issue on the table is what to do with camps, practice, and the preseason. The players want to do away with two-to-three of the preseason games. The owners want two season games added if the preseason games disappear.

The biggest changes in the NFL have to do with training players to play in the NFL. These modern day pussy players want less practice, camp, and preseason games. This is why we are seeing many of the starters not playing the first two preseason games.

Reducing camps, practice time, and preseason games I think would be a huge mistake because how many games last year (and every year in the recent past) did we watch professional footballers drop passes, miss blocks and tackles, and basically just show-up to get a paycheck?

Don't know how this is going to play out. WTH. Just go to flag football and be done with it.

I like Henderson in 27 jersey. Little Marshall Faulk. Nice play to him out wide for 26 yards. Can’t run the ball with our 2nd string Oline vs most of the Cowboy 1st string D

Tony Pollard RB rookie out of Memphis. Dam him and Darrell Henderson were quite the backfield at Memphis
