Game Thread: Preseason Game 1 - Los Angeles Rams @ Oakland Raiders, 5:00pm PDT, 8/10/2019

It was not too long ago, I was posting a Game thread for Snooperbowl 51. Here we are staring down the alley of the 2019-2020 NFL season. I, for one, am excited to see the re-tooled Rams.

Don't expect to see many of the starters tonight. Bortles is starting at QB and we will see many of the second and third tier players.

Should be fun and Ill probably be showing late. Football is back and go Rams!!

David Edwards is having a tough night. Adjusting to the speed of the NFL and he has a couple of bad miscues.

Our second string D is not so good. Just gave-up another TD.

They have Brock Miller doing KOs. He is putting the ball into the end zone like Zuerlein.

B.Allen is in at QB. Looks like crap. Our O with the second teamers has come to a screeching halt. D. Henderson hasn't done much tonight.

We get a stop. Good to see Austin Proehl out there returning punts. Maybe he'll make this team and we can get rid of Mosquito boy.

McVay has Allen throwing the deep ball to no avail. Good strategy to work on though.

Kelly looks good making yards when they aren't there initially. We get a sack. This Carraway kid has been turning heads lately.

These youngsters will learn that mental mistakes are killers in the NFL. If they don't, out the door at cut time.

Another sack. The D is playing better in the second half.

After missing on 4 deep balls and an anemic offense, Allen sits and this Wolford kid is in. Immediately moves the O downfield. Impressive.

Wow. Wolford hits 2 deep balls to Bachman and Webster sbd we are in a position to score. This Wolford kid is impressive. Looks a lot like Goff.
