Think it over and predict who you think your team will end up picking with their 1st pick, no matter where they are picking....
You can use 2 players only, so figure out the scenario you believe will happen and make your pick, just for the fun of it, and see which ones come up with the right one....

Ravens.....#6.....Bosa......Ramsey :hope:

Chiefs, 28: Mackenzie Alexander

Alexander and Peters hopefully will be partners in crime for a very long time.

Recent news suggests a trade up for Paxton Lynch. I wouldn't be elated by trading up for Lynch, but that decision isn't up to me. Lynch at 31, I would be more okay with.

On a side note, how many times has a rookie QB been the week 1 starter for the reigning Super Bowl champs? I don't know if it's ever happened.

Sheldon Rankins if he falls to the Seahawk, other wise Germain Ifedi or trade back.

With or without Lynch, Sanchez will be the game one starter, only was a rook starts in Denver is if Sanchez shits the bed for 4 or 5 games, now we all know that entirely possible.

I sincerely hope not.

Well, the preseason is 4 games, so hopefully Lynch (or whoever else is there) beats him out then.

In all honesty if Lynch is in Denver and he wins the job by out performing everyone else Denver will have a very nice QB. I pick on Sanchez, but teams can do worse.

Well, beating out Sanchez and a 7th round pick from a couple years ago (Trevor Siemian) isn't exactly the most impressive feat ever.

I pick on Sanchez, but teams can do worse.

True, but they can also do much, much better.

I'm going out on a limb and saying NE doesn't select anyone in the 1st round.

Ya never know what kind of deals Belichick could try to make.
You're right but I just don't see it. The highest they can go is 29. Not really worth what it would cost IMHO. I could see him moving up to mid 2nd "if" that certain player was there and BB didn't think that player would last to the late 2nd.

I'm thinking they will go with a defensive player...maybe another linebacker or DB? Then go WR in the 2nd or 3rd round. If they go receiver it will probably be either Doctson or Treadwell, whichever is still available.

Treadwell
Doctson

If they are both gone, I could see the Vikes trading the pick to move back and gain a 1st for 2017.

Steelers (25)

Andrew Billings... Straight up man-cow. Would be an instant upgrade to the D-line, and would take pressure off the DE's. Doubt he will be there, which makes me lean on WJ3 as the more likely candidate.

William Jackson 3... Many people are predicting Eli Apple, but I'm not convinced. He's certainly a good player & boasts great athleticism (as evidence of his great combine), but he's not as polished as WJ3. Apple chose to come out early and I think he's a little overrated. He'll be good at the next level, but he will need time to groom. Not to mention WJ3 is the better zone scheme fit. If WJ3 isn't available then I would suspect they wouldn't have a problem taking Apple. I'd certainly take him over Alexander, but it's close.

Cleveland (8)

1A: Ezekiel Elliott - he just makes too much sense. He will give this offense an identity, and Hue Jackson needs a successful running game, which Cleveland will not have with the plodding Isaiah Crowell in the backfield. Pairing him with Duke Johnson would be like a better version of Jeremy Hill/Gio Bernard that Hue had in Cincy.

1B: Leonard Floyd - it was tough between him and Buckner, but I like Floyd's ceiling more. He would make for a fantastic OLB in Ray Horton's 3-4 scheme. He may be a bit on the light side right now (245 lbs), but at nearly 6'6", he has room to grow.

If I didn't have to choose two players, my 1B would be to trade back down again and get more picks.

I'm starting to think those are the two guys high on the board, but I'm getting the vibe both will be gone, and Joesph, SS will be the pick...maybe after trading back if Lynch is on the board.

You're dead on about Apple, he's an awful scheme fit in Pittsburgh. Not sure why anyone would mock him there. He belongs in a scheme like in KC, not a zone scheme like Pittsburgh.
