Good point. It's the fifteenth week in a row that many are saying to themselves, "this offense is going to figure it out and get it going eventually..." Fandom and wishful thinking at it's best. If there was actual money on the line, I'm guessing these score predictions might look a tad different.

According to pff the Steelers have both a bottom 10 run and pass defense so not sure how you can call that above average

Hard to argue stats but I'm guessing that they perform better in front of their home crowd at Heinz Field. This should be a great game. I hope our defense can hold on, while the offense is figuring out how to score some points!

Hate to be a party pooper but the Broncos offense has been extremely anemic. No one would have thought that the Broncos could only kick FG against the Raiders. The Steelers offense is much better than the Raiders. Their defense is not as bad as the stats indicate.

Think you need to remember when Ben was out that offense wasn't doing the D any favors. Turnovers and 3 and out were hurting that D. Look at their D stats with Ben at the helm. Kind of like Peyton hurt Denver's D stats.

Common sense tells me to change the score, but I'll stick with my initial thought, for whatever reason

Sounds like our safety corps is the walking wounded with Ward, Stewart and Boldin all not practicing today. This does not bode well for the Broncos on Sunday. I'm becoming much less optimistic about the Broncos chances of pulling out a win. I won't change my score prediction, since I can't just pick against the Broncos, no matter what my brain is telling me but this game is starting to heavily tilt toward the Steelers.

The nice thing though is our coverage Safety in Bruton will be back for this game. I agree though this could be an interesting week. The safety we signed off the street cost us in this last game as he didn't know his assignment on the touchdown pass to Rivera. Maybe week 2 with the guy he will be more prepared for what he is called to do.

Well this is the only time I'd hope I was wrong but I had a feeling about this game. With our struggles on Offense these past 3 weeks and the Steelers high powered offense I just didn't think we could keep up.
