I overestimated Teddy and underestimated our D. Probably the best performance we’ve ever had against Mahomes and it was wasted on a terrible passing night. Can’t even say terrible offense because Williams and Boone both ran their butts off tonight.

He is not steady. He is turnover prone. He had 14 in 2020 and 8 so far this year all while being ultra conservative. Teddy is not a good QB. Things have to be absolutely perfect, which they rarely are in the NFL, for him to succeed. We need a complete reset at the QB position.

Lock had 19 TO’s last year and so unless Teddy decides to average 2 a game for the remainder of the year we will have better QB play from him than we’ve had in years.

So what? Awful low bar to clear there. Lock sucks, but Teddy sucks less yay! Teddy is not a wining QB and we need to move on after the year. I wish Fangio was the answer at head coach as well as his defense played really well against KC and overall this year considering the injuries, but he is not capable of managing the overall team and the offense has been inept throughout his tenure.

Nobody is advocating for Lock, but the defense of Teddy seems to be that he is better than Lock, which is simply stupid. Being better than an atrocious QB does not equate to being a good QB. Sure he is the best we have, but that is an indictment of Paton and Fangio. We have to demand more with the overall quality of this roster. Teddy is not the guy moving forward an I hope the Broncos decision makers understand that.
