Other than that, nothing too egregious. Warriors probably much too high, and I would have Phoenix ahead of the Lakers for their added depth and already known continuity...

Yeah, no doubt...

... that said, the East does look fairly competitive in those mediocre playoff spots... a little more depth in the 7-10 slots than some prior years... a team or two that appears "decent" now will likely get left out...

... but it won't be Philly or Boston, barring some type of major injury(s).
