True. But, while good teams CAN'T play themselves, they CAN play "with" themselves. We've seen several do it the past couple of weeks.

Michigan State has the third highest SOS based on Utah State, Arizona State, and Indiana?

LSU lower than Bama in Sos?

These numbers seem sketchy to me

My guess it is based on the entire schedule, not just who they have played thus far.

Ok, that makes some of it a little clearer. I still don't understand Michigan State at 3 though and Ohio State at 105 considering they play basically the same opponents

It is based off of who they've played thus far. Playing a top 40/50/60 opponent so far makes sense for MSU's SoS to be that high. It's not dragged down by a truly awful game, like so many in the top 25 have played.

OSU > MSU
ASU = maybe < TCU
Utah State > OrSU
Central Mich > Tulane
Neb = Neb
Purdue = Purdue
Northwestern > Minnesota

2. Kansas
3. FSU
4. Pitt
5. Oregon State

TCU will probably end up around 7-5. Most likely will beat Baylor, Kansas, and K-State, probably will beat Tech and Iowa Sate, which are both coming to Dallas

There's 160 plus teams. saying your strength of schedule is low because you can't play yourself is BS. Play someone good.
