Lost AJ Green, M Gordon, E Sanders for match this week.

Here is my team - 12 team league

    Ryan
    OBJ
    J Gordon
    Chubb
    A Jones
    Burton
    Carson

    Bench
    J Allen
    McCoy
    J Jackson
    Z Jones

Ryan has killed me the past couple weeks and ready to bench him. No other QBs to pick up...so got Allen.

    Play Allen or Ryan?

    pick 3 of
    Chubb
Jones...who knows what GB will do this week?
Carson...my oSu boy and like to play MNF so the game is more intense, but MINN is a hard match
McCoy...have not used him all year, but has a good matchup
J Jackson...I really like what I saw last week and think they will use him to pound with a lead.

Appreciate the thoughts as I've never felt this uneasy...I should have had a bye! In 1st or 2nd place all year and then my team goes on IR now lost 3 straight.

only change from your starting i would do is McCoy over Carson...

Allen or Ryan is an interesting one, and all depends on your Scoring...

Allen runs more, but is not a great passer...

I have to ask. No other qbs period. Or none you like? I’d use mccoy over jackson and Carson. It’s scary but he’s been getting used, has a good matchup and also catches passss something carson doesn’t really

no...my league mates love their QBs. They hoard them. Who is available? Keenum, Tannehill, Carr, Maning, Rosen, Mullens, Driskel, Sanchez, Darnold...haha

Yeah...I love Carson, but he is benched this week.

Hard to get away from Jackson. Bengals are atrocious against the run...

I think I'd prefer Allen and Jackson over Ryan and Shady. Wouldn't go Allen and Shady, but wouldn't be scared of Ryan and Jackson.

I agree Carson is a rough start this week, and you can easily avoid that.

jesus, def not keenum, tanny been ok but not playing him against hoodie, eli no chance, rosen is laughable, def not mullens, driskel, sanchez, or darnold.

carr is intriguing.....steelers kinda suck they give up the 9th most points against the qb.........and carr had a good last game, and you know hell throw. but id go ryan. allen has bene qhat the qb2 the past two weeks. But for a non running qb, meaning not designed runs, you cant bank on the rushing yardage that is boosting his numbers

Steelers have a losing streak playing in Oakland too, could be a great Carr wk

I think Ryan is a better DFS play than fantasy play, but I'd still play him over what's available, carr would be 2nd

yep, especially if im in a matchup that i think i need to pull out some stops and get lucky to win.........then i may go carr, ryan is much safer though

Another thought...Ryan is in a no win situation. Out of playoffs and he expected to be there. Allen on the other hand is still fighting to establish himself as a LT starter. Jets are not a good team. If I have to throw a hail mary to win...and it appears I have to, Allen has legs and could rack up some points. Last few games it just appears the Falcons have quit. Hell...Jones had 2 pts total last game.

    So leaning towards
    Allen
    Chubb
Jones and not feeling great about this.
    Jackson

McCoy has been looking better, but he still seems a bit DGAF attitude in the way he finishes runs.

Man...this was not supposed to be like this. Was sitting pretty thinking I was going to have a bye and destroy whoever was up. Have the most points in the league too...harsh.

u think u can bank on allen running for a hundred every week? because you cant bank on his passing

It's the Jets and they are missing Darron Lee who is the LB who would have been chasing down Allen. I just need to win this week and worry about next week if I get one. I'm not sold on him but Ryan killed me last week with 7.64 pts and had 14 2 weeks before that. He has been great all year except for 2 of the last 3. He's got me in this predicament. IDK...maybe Ryan will be my guy tomorrow.

Appreciate the feedback. Looking up Ryan stats he did give me nearly 24 against NO a couple weeks ago.

Allen had 32.74 against Miami last week and 26.3 against Jax the week before. The Jets are hurting

1: Chubb is an automatic start
2: A. Jones is close to that level. McCarthy got fired because he and Rodgers didn't see eye to eye. Rodgers wants Jones, so expect to see a lot of him in a good matchup.
3: I agree with your idea to start Jackson over McCoy. I just think he has more upside and a fairly safe floor too. Ekeler is not getting all the work.

At QB, Allen is a sneaky good play this week, but it is risky. Then again, starting Matt Ryan on the road at Lambo is risky too. I would be tempted to roll with Allen for the rushing stats, but it would scare the hell out of me.

Penny may not play Mon...so there is that. I love having skin in the MNF game to. Get to have one last player to push me over the top.

I honestly think that improves Davis' outlook a lot more than it does Carson.

    Maybe.

But to me, it looks like Carson is their clear number 1 and the other 2 split what he couldn't handle. I just don't think they increase his workload much if at all.

And Davis was already the primary passing down back.

Hate to bring this up - - but you need a replacement for OBJ as well this week. .... don't know what your WW looks like, but I'm not thinking Z. Jones gets you to the promise land as that guy. ... you're having some tough luck for the stretch run.
