Well, it is that time of the year in Formula 1 and here we are with another new season. The rules are the same as last year except for one addition. For those who need a refresher here they are.

Six points are awarded for correctly choosing the winner, 4 points for second, and 2 points for third with 1 point for correctly choosing the fourth place finisher if you choose to make that selection. If you don't make a selection, no points will be awarded for the correct selection of the fourth place finisher.

New for 2019 for us here on this competition: If you get all four selections correct in any given race, you'll receive a 2-point bonus. So, if you clean-sweep the four selections, you get an extra 2-points.

As in years past, the selections must be completed before the start of the race meaning before they start their engines.

To open things up it looks like Mercedes are pretty much unstoppable so far, but we haven't seen race conditions yet so it's possible Ferrari could get them on strategy like the last two years

However, I don't think that can happen a 3rd season in a row

That Red Bull is gonna have an ugly year. Haas showing good pace, let's see if they can get the wheels to stay on this year.

And I wonder what is good this year in Woking. the Car or Lando Norris? Good showing by the rookie making Q3 first time out.

Good to see both Haas cars in the top 7.

I'll go with Hamilton for the win followed by Bottas, Vettel, and LeClerc for fourth.

I'd like to take a Haas to point in our game but I'm not going to.

What a spectacular start to the year

We all got skunked and I apparently decided to stumble on here after drinking copious amounts of alcohol

I don't even know why I stayed up to watch the race at that point, I don't remember much of anything but apparently I was very surprised by Bottas winning LOL

Only possible way aside from mechanical failure I was going to score was if LeClerc had not been de-nutted behind Vettel.

I hate it when that happens, and not just because it cost a point in this game.

Let them race, especially in race 1.
