3. 1st tie breaker is the Lions pick
4. 2nd tie breaker is most correct picks in 20-32 range

I think you should make picks 20-32 worth 2 points. Or maybe 1-10 is 1 point, 11-20 is 2 points and 21-32 is worth 3.
