Pick me a defense

Drafted the Chargers (I usually stream defs anyway) but they face KC this week and I obviously don't like that match up. Best options available;

Rams @ Eagles
Seattle vs NE (they gave up points to Atlanta but I feel like NE may not be able to score that much)

Wash @ Arizona (I don't know about this one. They loaded up sacks last week against Phi but Arizona is more dynamic on offense) Also, Arizona is also available. I see some ranking sites have Arizona in a good match up vs WSH

I think I'm leaning Rams. If Washington can push around Philly to a bunch of sacks, Aaron Donald can for sure. And Wentz seems to always be good for an INT

Yeah, the Rams sound like the logical pick. They're not available to me, and I was wondering if I should drop the Titans for the Cards, but someone picked up the Cards while I was thinking about it.
