Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

We have an intense debate going on @ the Husker board about what constitutes a real Philly Cheesesteak.

Does it have to have Cheese Whiz? Is provolone acceptable?

Hmm.. The very first cheese steaks were made with provolone then after the invention of Cheese Wiz some twenty some odd years later, that became the favorite.

So....technically....provolone is the original, but cheese wiz is the overwhelmingly favorite cheese.

I'm not huge on the Cheez wiz thing. Don't get me wrong, I'll devour the fucking thing. Lol. I like the provolone cheese if it's offered. My favorite cheesesteak is either Tony Luke's, Geno's is good as well. There is a place up in NE Philly and can't remember the fucking place. I have family in Abington area. Not sure if it's still there. Just my two cents.
