We keep trying to build a bullpen when we’re desperate. Ineffective guys who were given up on by their teams are always available and Phils become buyers of poor talent. It will take years to fix this.

Yep. We dropped out of the top 8 to 10th behind SF. Recovery impossible with final 3 vs .643 TB.
