We just won 3 games in a row. Ryno decides to celebrate by installing Gwynn in the leadoff position. If he wants to give Revere a rest why not let Rollins lead off and put Gwynn at the bottom of the order? Another head scratching move!

I can't believe that at one point the announcer said something about Sandberg "trying to get Gwynn going" or something. What the fuck is that about? He's a scrub. You use him as little as possible and hope that over a small sampling of plate appearances (or At Bats, if Amaro is reading this) he produces decent numbers while resting your regulars.

I sometimes wonder if Ryno is dumb or even whether he has the right mindset for the job. Revere's already rested for 12 days since April. What's he need a rest for? Maybe Ryno's playing percentage ball here since revere is .367 vs LHP and .263 v RHP. Tony is .000 vs LHP and .203 v RHP. So that makes a lot of fucking sense. I wish Gwynn would trip over his baggy uniform.

he had one decent stretch before allstar break last year, take that away and he has pretty much been one of the biggest busts ever

he honestly flat out sucks, and needs to be moved at the deadline.

because CLEARLY this team doesn't need the offense from that position. Because in today's MLB, you need a extremely light hitting corner infielder to succeed and be playoff caliber
