Harper has done little, in my opinion, for all the damn money we gave this fragile dude.

If Galvis and Kennedy actually consistently do well, I'll consider the level of dumpster-diving quality of these trades to be somewhat less than when I first saw what the Phillies/Dildoes were up to at the trade deadline.

Agreed. We should do much better with Suarez and Gibson added to the rotation with Wheeler, Nola, and Eflin (if). The only problems we'll have to solve then are inconsistent hitting and relief. I'm hopeful.

Holy shit, was the Phillies plan really to make Ian Kennedy their closer? This can't possibly end well

And what really bothers me, Northeast is it appears the Phillies did nothing to go after any of the pitching talent in the Cubs' firesale before the deadline. They just sat idly by spanking their collective monkies and nothing was done or so it seems.

We are back to .500 and 2.5 back of the Mutts with their two consecutive losses. Maybe, just maybe.

The Dodgers signed Cole Hamels as well. Apparently Hamels can still get it done and we got rid of the dude for what reason again?
