They gotta find somebody because Scott Lauber of the Inquirer reports that Harper “is expected to need surgery” to repair the fracture. That procedure wouldn’t necessarily end his season, but Lauber indicates it’d cost him at least two months. Even in the (seemingly unlikely) scenario where Harper avoids surgery, he’s looking at a four-to-six week absence at minimum, per the Inquirer. Maybe Moniak will surprise but I doubt it.

I agree. Snell hit him right on the hand and the bones in his thumb were shattered, at least that is what is being leaked. I suspect they'll eventually agree on surgery. Moniak, well I doubt it that is why the Cooper kid makes the most sense.
