fulgham has a catch rate ranking of somewhere in the 120's of all players..........hes been good. But he also has been peppered with looks due to well no one else available. He catches about 65% thats not good.

So while hes produced, and been a revelation. As always, there is more to the story.

PFF uses their cute little mathematical grading system to basically justify their opinion on players. For the most part, they get a lot right but most posters here on the hoop are just as accurate without all the fancy talk and numbers.
Perfect example this week is grading Tom Brady above Patrick Mahomes based on Mahomes throwing more dangerous ( turnover worthy, whatever tf that is) passes despite only one of them actually getting picked. Now Mahomes maybe hasn't got us going wow on every play but he has been a helluva lot better than Brady who just had a horrible game and has had 2 other bad ones. A lot of that on Arians but still, it's ludicrous.

It is pretty odd that Mo-Allie Cox is on the list.

Dude is averaging 2.4 catches for 39 yards per game. Has 2 total touchdowns.

I understand that PFF grades run blocking into their grades. But I have a tough time believing that a basketball player is blocking at an elite level in his 3rd season. Like stated on one post above, I don't trust PFF's blocking grades in the least.

Have a tough time believing his blocking is SO much better than George Kittles that it negates the fact that Kittle is doubling his receiving totals. Especially since anyone who has watched a 49ers game that Kittle is a very good blocker.

Long and short of my post: Travis Fulgham really should be the top TE.

Yes I agree Cox shouldn't be on the list but he wasn't comparing two different positions

PFFs formula doesn't seem to understand how the Chiefs are winning football games if we only have 1 starter.

Fulgham was #167 in catch efficiency coming into today.

with 1 catch on 7 targets today, he should drop to around the #200 mark.

bringing his catch rate to around 54% thats not good.
