If you could start an Organization today and had the ability to choose any coaches you wanted from the league and they would come join you, what would your coaching staff look like?

I wouldn't take anyone defensively over Rex Ryan. I have seen what he can do with a bunch of nobodies on defense and get them to play at a high level. I am excited to see him back calling plays on defense for the Jets this season, last time he did we had the #1 defense in football. He'll bring the aggressiveness back on defense.

I wouldn't take anyone defensively over Rex Ryan. I have seen what he can do with a bunch of nobodies on defense and get them to play at a high level. I am excited to see him back calling plays on defense for the Jets this season, last time he did we had the #1 defense in football. He'll bring the aggressiveness back on defense.

He is a very respectably DC and could turn any defense into a much improved squad. I chose Dick over Rex because I love the way he calls plays and really uses aggressive players in his defense. I would choose Lovie Smith first because I am more of a fan of the 4-3 than I am at the 3-4 and he is a brilliant mind with the 4-3 loose cover 2.

I don't think lovie smith is that close to a top pick. Ryan is the best IMO, but I would take both harbaughs over lovie, as well as a couple other people. Maybe I put one of the harbaughs at OC. They could handle it.

Well first this is all opinion based to Lovie Smith wouldnt work for everyone. If I were to run an organization it would be the 4-3 loose cover 2 so for me Lovie Smith would be perfect. I def would agree that Rex Ryan overall is a top 3 defensive coordinator in the league though, just wouldnt fit the system I would run.

Well first Lovie Smith is more established than Chip Kelly has a head coach haha but it was a joke. Chip Kelly is not going to be successful in the NFL.
