Thus 1982, and 2 of the very best teams in the country waged battle in Happy Valley. Nits win a nail-biter 27-24 and go on to win the Natty while Nebraska finishes #2.

The 1983 season starts off with the rubber match.

Huskers 44-6 in East Rutherford in the first ever Kickoff Classic.

Now? Huskers lead this not often played series 9-8 and are 3-0 vs Penn State in the B10 and on a 4 game win streak vs. Penn State.

Spread is PSU -3.5 @ Neb and O/U is 56

Both teams are 0-5 combined, and looking for a cherry popping 2020 victory.

The Huskers are not real deep up-front on either side of the ball. Residual Mike Riley shit.
Not sure why Franklin got away from the run both times in the red zone late in the game when all they needed was a TD to tie it? The run was working well for them.

Penn St won the trenches in the 2nd half. I expected that. Had they not had the costly turnovers early and gotten so far behind they'd have won it Big 10 slobber-knocker style. IMO

Nebraska is yet to be "3 yards and a cloud of dust" quality. If you don't have that you won't have much success in the Big 10.
