this season, and are struggling mightily losing 5 of there last 7 after starting 4-0 after the olympic break

what does SportsHoopla's resident penguin fan have to say?

i think we are in deep shit

if we cannot begin to control our own blue line and stop giving the other teams breakaways and wide open one timers at fluery, our chances of repeating are going to be slim

obviously this is a big area of concern. IMO it will be huge for us to get the #2 seed, last year we struggled against the Devils also but they managed to shoot themselves in the foot. A little momentum will be needed heading into the playoffs and Fleury will have to play MUCH more consistently since we are not as solid defensively as last year. All that said, we all realize that a 7 game series is an absolute war and anything can happen. The last few games will be against the Isles and someone else who is out of the playoff hunt, it could be a nice time to either get healthy or get some points.
