Gotta say, dude should have moved. Why is he that close to the field in the fist place? The official has to move to get around him. And why did it take him so long to try to get out of the way when it was pretty clear Graham was moving sideways? Sucks that he got hurt, but it's his own fault as far as I'm concerned. There's absolutely no need for him to stand where he was standing.
