If once was to look from outside and in, one time may be a coincidence. But twice??? Well...

Fuck it, PC13's nuthuggers, as always will continually detract the blame to his surroundings regardless of circumstance.

Just like two years ago. :L

Trading for a big star hasn't really paid off in recent years except for Kawhi. Kyrie left Boston. PG leaves OKC. Chris Paul in decline and the Rockets are rumored to be trying to trade him. Cousins didn't last long in New Orleans. We'll see how it goes with AD.

It's almost like he just wanted to find his way home and play in LA, just like he did 2 years ago.

Plus an increased chance of a ring.

Definitely fair to question Paul George today.

Equally fair to question Russ.

The real question though, is what came first.

Is the discord between PG and Russ authentic, or was it created to give PG leverage to force a trade.

Russ seems like a good guy. But he also tries to do way too much. And if I were a star player I would not want to play with a guy like that.

I think PG will flourish with Kawhi...

I have been the biggest Westbrook hater here. I was one of like 3 posters who talked about how overrated he was during his first triple double season without KD. And I caught crap about it from many on here.

That said, unfair to call him a “punk”. Never in trouble off the court. Always plays hard. Just not a very smart player.

PG is sorta like Jimmy butthole. They are fringe superstars. Good 2nd or 3rd level pieces tho

"punk" as in, he has a punk attitude towards other players in the league. He comes off as a big baby

The Clippers are contenders...

Hurricane started a thread that makes sense...

Clearly the apocalypse has begun.

...and he's back to using an underaged girl as his avatar though, that balances out the melee in a disturbing way...

He realized his mistake pretty quickly lol. Never make your decision at a party being held to sway you, lol.

He could've been the third piece with Lebron and AD.

I don't think you're looking at the correct picture. Paul George demanding a trade shouldn't be a surprise for anyone. Look what Kawhi Leonard did. He also is a diva. He kept the other two teams in the dark while teasing them about signing while negotiating secretly with the Clippers and forcing the Thunder to trade Paul George. What surprises me is that the Thunder fell victim instead of going out and looking for the best deal possible

If this had been another gm doing this, It might be called player tampering. I know it isn't, but the NBA has really taken an ugly turn in my opinion

Paid off for the Lakers who got Pau Gasol for Kwame Brown

Also paid off for Boston who got Garnett and Pierce in trades

I think a recent trade for Anthony Davis definitely pays off considering it puts the Lakers from non playoff to a top 5 team.
at the worst
