I think the truth lies somewhere in the Middle, Rich had is Posse that kept muddying the waters back in the day. But there is no question Fast EDDIE Pastilong was not a very good AD. Never had a plan to move the program forward and I am talking about all athletics.. Always made excuses of why they couldn't get things done..only fixed things when they broke...the idea of putting strategic plan together was not in his skill set...just leaned on the MAC and if they didn't come through he shrugged his shoulders and would basically say oh well...but Rich would do himself no favors either...he could have helped solve the financial issues...his buddy back then was Ken Kendricks.... and Oliver Luck was on the BOD at the time...how could they have not all figured out a better path? Total dysfunction..
