Talking with other Duck fans today, it was a well agreed upon answer that the officiating for the Oregon/Stanford game was awful. There were more than one time where the officials blew a call or didn't call something they should have. Also, they didn't review plays that should have been reviewed.

What a shame.

It was a hard fought game by the Ducks, that Oregon dominated the offensive and defensive lines. Ducks completely controlled the game at the line of scrimmage. Ducks defense held Love to less than 100 yards rushing. Yet in a game so dominated by Oregon the officials seemed to keep the Cardinal in the game and ultimately became Oregon's greatest opponent in this game.

Thankfully the voters in the polls saw just how well Oregon played and dominated that they moved us up in the rankings.

How did a team that supposedly dominated the lines only manage 7 points in the second half plus overtime, while giving up 31 at the same time?

But think of how much you would have moved up if they actually beat the #7 team. How impressed would the voters be if your dipshits didn’t shart down their leg?

Refs robbed them. Didn't you get the memo? :noidea:
Refs forced them to give up a 99y fumble return. Saw that ref kick the center in the nuts just before he hiked that shit over Herberts head. :tsk:
Refs also got in the way and caused them to run the ball instead of running out the clock and then kicked the kid with the ball so he'd fumble that shit to Stanford. It was dirty as fuck!
Those cot damned refs

Dude, the refs in the Pac 12 suck, everyone knows this. Don't leave it up to the refs. How many Coug fans do you here complaining about how the refs jobbed us? The refs suck in the conference, you can't really change it when we have commissioner who thinking hurting everyone's feelings is better than hurting individuals.

Blaming the refs is about as ghey as it gets.

The refs didn't cause the Ducks to give up 31 points in the 2nd half and overtime.

I agree that your o and d lines dominated the first half of the game. It was actually a bit of a shock to see considering both have been about finesse for quite a few years.

The problem was you were only able to do it for one half and there are 2 halves to the game.

Bottom line, even with everything that happened, all your Ducks had to do was take a knee and they win.

They didn't, they lost and that's not on the refs.

I believe they were the same refs from the 1972 USA vs USSR basketball game.

And the officials called Stanford for more penalties than Oregon and only called 4 penalties on Oregon.
