For a minute there, I thought we were going to come back and win it. Just couldn't get over the hump.

Monmouth is insane right now. Wins over UCLA, Drexel, ND, and avenging their loss to USC, their only other loss is by 3 to Dayton. I think this is more Monmouth going off, than anything really wrong with USC. You guys should be fine until January.

So did I... 3-22 from 3PT range; 13 missed free throws... just an awful performance. One of those if instead of insanely pathetic, if they just played bad they would've won lol

But at least it looks like Monmouth is actually legit, so it's not so horrible but damn wanted 2 wins out of this weekend.

The rest of our non conference schedule is pretty lite so we gotta blow through that with wins.

The 5-0 Ducks dominated the 5-0 Fresno State Bulldogs for 28 minutes, then the Dogs really outplayed the Ducks and made it a game. Oregon knocked down their free throws though to close out and make it to 6-0.

ASU beat Creighton in wacky fashion. ASU missed the go ahead free throw with seconds left to play but they got the offensive rebound and threw up a layup and Creighton goaltended and they won by 2 lol. I really dislike Creighton.

Good guard play. Their best player, Harris, didn't score until 12:00 minutes left in the game but he lit it up from there finishing with 18. They play fast, like to push the ball. They're also deep, 3 players off the bench average 18 or more minutes. Edo is pretty solid inside.

They're a solid team, returned a lot of players last year. They should fare well in the Mountain West.

Why would Kentucky come on the road to play this game? Very odd, they don't need resume builders like this.

Because UCLA sucks. This is supposed to be a gimme road win that "looks" good because of the name on the other jersey

Pretty interesting fact. This is the first time Kentucky has ever played at Pauley Pavilion and next year will be the first time UCLA has ever played at Rupp Arena.

All the NC's and great teams these 2 have had and they've never played each in their home arenas.

Still, they don't need this type of game. Surprised it wasn't part of a tournament or something, pretty rare to see big programs go cross-coast and play other big programs in single games (home and home in this case).

No doubt. College basketball needs more of this. I'm pumped Arizona and Michigan State have a home and home coming up starting next year I think

Gotta hand it to UCLA ( as much as I hate to compliment them). They aren't playing around with their OOC schedule. They already played Kansas, they're playing Kentucky now and they still have Gonzaga and North Carolina coming up.
