It's nothing new. He's been suspected to have some lingering minor injury much of the year. I think it's smart they are giving him a break since the games right now really mean little to nothing.

I think this is a pretty good move.

Getting the #1 seed could be a stretch anyhow given that they're still two points back and have played two more games than the Flyers.

And they've managed to open a bit of space between themselves and Tampa, so the division doesn't seem to be at risk either.

Not even sure we want that anyway. Right now we'd be playing the Rangers. I'd much rather play the Pens or Sabres... no offense, just matchups. Maybe we should just lose the division...

Well look at it this way: would you want to fix yourself some toast, put on a pot of coffee, take a shower and read the newspaper before you went to work? Showers are a fucking nightmare for Russians.
