Nah, skinsdad62. I know you're not like that.Yeah I get focused on the clip and not the words. I wish they could find another word in THEIR descriptions though . I will try to screen better

I truly don’t understand and am not trying to start anything. So black people can say it but white people can’t even repost it when a black man says it?I understand you can't block it out but that is the second time you posted that word. I appreciate you understanding.
So on brand for you.I truly don’t understand and am not trying to start anything. So black people can say it but white people can’t even repost it when a black man says it?
Genuine question. It is sad that you can’t even answer it.So on brand for you.
Its sad that you would ask it. Lol. If only you were this passionate about not saying it as you are about wanting to know why you can't. Wouldn't that be a cool character trait?Genuine question. It is sad that you can’t even answer it.
Actually, I have never said it and have no interest in saying it. To me, it is the most divisive word possible…it is one that is so offensive that a black person would kill a white person for saying it, while using it several hundred times a day themselves. Its sad that you would ask it. Lol. If only you were this passionate about not saying it as you are about wanting to know why you can't. Wouldn't that be a cool character trait?
I really am under no obligation to answer your question. The question in itself is offensive to me.Actually, I have never said it and have no interest in saying it. To me, it is the most divisive word possible…it is one that is so offensive that a black person would kill a white person for saying it, while using it several hundred times a day themselves.
So when I coached a basketball team, I would go pick up one of my players, who was a black teen. One day, he yelled that word to his brother as I was picking him up. I waited for him to get into the van and I asked him if he would be mad if I used that word. He said he would not and I proceeded to tell him that was untrue. We spoke about that word and if it is offensive, then it is offensive regardless of who uses it, and I asked him not to use it in my presence.
So back to your statement…I have no interest in saying the word, which you would know if you actually read the comments. My interest is preventing everybody from using it…not by governmental force but by logical thought.
Like I said…my original question was genuine but you are so butt hurt by the thou*t of a question, you make it personal. Please, grow some thicker skin and take time to actually think about answers when somebody is asking a question, rather than yelling and screaming victim.
Nobody claimed you were under obligation; however, how do you expect others to learn or understand your POV if you don’t?I really am under no obligation to answer your question. The question in itself is offensive to me.
I really enjoy talking ball with you but I actually left the board for a year because of something you said that was very stereotypical and somewhat racist.
So the fact that this subject in particular has you this animated is very on brand for you imo. No hard feelings for real. I pretty much knew you would be the one to jump out with that question. All good though.
It's not my responsibility to teach people about things like this, especially at our age. Do as you please.Nobody claimed you were under obligation; however, how do you expect others to learn or understand your POV if you don’t?
So a person being genuinely curious is offensive?
Please tell me what I said that was stereotypical and somewhat racist. Feel free to say it here or a private message. And you left the board over a statement that was stereotypical and only “somewhat racist?”
I am in no way animated. I asked a genuine question and you made it personal. I am still asking a genuine question as you continue to make it personal?
But you just keep going with the victim claims.
No it is not your responsibility to teach. But this is a discussion board…it goes hand in hand. It's not my responsibility to teach people about things like this, especially at our age. Do as you please.
I simply asked skinsdad if he could not post that word and he understood.
If I had to guess the heavy lifting will be done in the scrimmages. I imagine no one of significance will play in the third game.I have a question! Since we’re supposed to be having joint practices with Miami and the Ravens, so if the offense and defense both do well in those joint practices do you guys think we should play the starters in the preseason games?? And if so how much should the starters play?? To me because we have a new OC and DC I think the starters on both sides of the ball should play some in the preseason games
I'd just rather not see that word on my feed. Nothing more, nothing less. LolNo it is not your responsibility to teach. But this is a discussion board…it goes hand in hand.
I most definitely will do as I please. Thank you for your backing on that.
I also understood your request. I was simply trying to understand the why? Then you got personal.
It’s funny you can take offense to a reshared post but I can’t ask a question without you becoming offensive. Do you use the N word?
I am with you on that. Like I said…I can’t stand that word…no matter who says it.I'd just rather not see that word on my feed. Nothing more, nothing less. Lol
