My favorite beer is a true German Hefeweizen. Good stuff.

Keep the fridge stoked with a variety of brews.
Keep Miller Lite on tap cause I can down a few without feeling bloated, so I drink that a lot.
Do like me some Eye Of Hawk, by Mendocino Brewing though......

I have a friend that works in the product development department of the Asahi Brewing Company and he's kinda weirded out by IPAs. The flavor of heavily hopped beers just hasn't caught on with the Japanese yet. I'm working on him though! I keep sending him hoppy beers hoping he'll see the light. Maybe one day it'll click and he'll unleash a hopped up Asahi on the public.

In the meantime have you tried any Japanese whiskey? Japan is a real up and comer in the whiskey world. I've tried some Japanese whiskeys that rival some of the better bourbons and scotchs I've had.

I'm not much for whiskeys. Once in awhile I'll drink some Wild Turkey. I really like a good, hoppy ale. It amazes me that Americans have some of the best craft beers in the world but americans keep drinking shit like Budweiser and the rest of the mass produced suds.

Some of my Favorites: Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, Arrogant Bastard, Yellow Snow (Rogue), Hopsecutioner. Have to stop, this is making me thirsty.....

^ makes me thirsty. Only problem is that after a couple of sips I'm tempted to have a little Jameson to accompany them.

I fail to see how that is a problem. The only thing I'd change would be Bushmills instead of Jameson.

Arrogant Bastard. Can't get it here but I can't get ANY good American beer here. I can get good Japanes beer here and it is good, not as hoppy but good.

Sapporo is a good beer.

Mendocino Brewing Company is in New York - not Mendocino! I don't buy anything from the
"evil empire" (especially tickets)
