I think it just shows that they are two different sports. I train sometimes with a MMA'er and you can get a lot of different looks from each other. But in the end, he wants no part of getting his liver crushed. Nor, do I want my big toe and elbow simultaneously broken by some crazy ass brazilian move.

well i'd say strength wise he's in good shape but i never think his cardio is up to par really...

say he had to fight someone like florian or guida and he was having an off night with his technical skills, by the end of the fight they could be running circles around him..

that said i didn't like how before the fight he was saying how edgar only had a couple tools and wasn't versatile at all... but hey bj, he made you fight his fight, and he beat you with it....
