Pretty much sums it up. As he was ranting on with his bullshit, I was praying Rick would wake up and beat the shit out of him.
at first I was like
fuck maggie what why are you doing what
then I was

then I was oh tyrese really you poor fuck you poor fuck
then I was like

That was a good ep. Lizzy has gone full-retard. I wonder if she will last long enough for Carl to do his deed. I am starting to think Carol may take her out instead.
Nice to see Abe and his crew. Check out the last 2 seconds of the ep and the cover of Issue 53... Cudlitz looked a lot better as Abe there than he did in the early production photos that were released.
WTF is Terminus? It is either something completely new (might be nice to have a MAJOR story line not from the comics) or they are going to have it lead to the Hunters. The signs could be bait to lure people in.
Who else was thinking about the MASH finale when watching tonight's ep?
drove me nuts that maggie was putting sasha and bob at risk for her emotions. then the way she just charged in the bus.
glen drove me nuts for not putting on the riot gear right away. he just carried it around for along time.
then I saw tyrese with judith and the 2 kids. the kids I knew and judith I suspected from last year. (I think I also guesses that carol would eventually join up with him so the show could have that tension)
i thought it was great (not sick great) that they pretty much slaughtered the people on the bus. I wonder of one got shot in the back and turned while no one saw. that would have been some kind of scene to show
terminus must be something changed from the comics maybe.
I liked the way this was filmed where they all were on the same time frame right after the prison. just a little behind everyone.
I thought for sure bob was the crazy that killed that rabbit and fed the rats to the walkers at the prison, its clearly Lizzy. my god she is nuts (comic book spoiler - just a matter of time before she kills her sister and then carl kills her - /comic book spoiler I really thought she was going to smother judith - Was this your MASH reference part?)
the reveal of abe and crew was fantastic except for the fact no one heard a giant TRUCK pull up on them. I know there was fighting but cmon its a giant truck
Scott Gimple as executive producer has been the weakest so far for the little things like that. he wants so bad to give the comic book lovers what they want that they are not flushing out the details. little things that drive me crazy for shows like this.
was still a great episode.
on talking dead they pretty much dropped a bunch of upcoming comic book spoilers. I was a little surprised by that.
Sorry, I guess my "playing along" font didn't work...
Like I mentioned, the only thing that I can think of is the Hunters.
Yes. That was my referance.
Actually, watch he scene again. You can hear the truck come up. The sound us just drowned out by Tara going crazy on the walker.
I was surprised about that as well. They really only dropped two spoilers, but they are usually pretty good at avoiding those completely.
I remember in the first season of TTD they did that a bit. After the reveal of Michone in 2.16 they did a very similar spoiler mentioning her name (Kirkman was the guest that night, IIRC), and they even revealed that they had cast the character already. There was no question that she was going to be a major-good-guy. I think Chris also started gushing for the debut of the Gov after that issue.
Im thinking the hunters is something rick discovers along the way. this could be Alexandria or Hilltop
WAY too early. That will not happen until 5.8 at the earliest.
From the trailer for next week, Abe is definitely recruiting people for some kind of mission...

yeah I understand for the timeline. thats if they are going to follow that closely. in the comics shane was done in book 2 or 3 he never saw the farm. (I like those changes from the books) so they could change that timeline but you may be right (if they even address it)
the two things from the comics that would be the hardest to translate are
Negan and The Ezekiel/Shiva story lines. they are way out there. just how in the fuckity fucking fuck do you portray Negan properly without his "coloUrful" use of language
I might be way off, but a Terminus is usually the end of a bus line or train line. Since that was written on a map of the rail system (if memory serves), I'm betting it was telling people to follow the train tracks to the end of the line. I haven't read the comics yet, so I'm sorry if this happens, but this sounds like an awesome way to ambush lots of people, if you were so inclined.
It will be interesting to learn about the new people at the end. It's Bull from Band of Brothers, and by the looks of it, they didn't even have to change his wardrobe between shows.
By the way, how did that Walker sneak up on Beth? You can easily hear something moving 50 yards away in the woods. And that's a person walking normal - not a foot-dragging, growling, wheezing zombie.
We only have a couple hot ones left - pay attention, girl!
