I wouldn't doubt it. You can tell Harvey had no idea about anything Conway was going to do.

It's why I love the Elephant story so much. Burnett and Lawrence were pretty big improvisors as well, and even they couldn't figure out where he was going. He just straight up broke them down and stayed in character.

I used to watch the Carol Burnett show every Saturday night with my dad. Tim would have us laughing our asses off, especially when he improvised his lines and had the others laughing too. R.I.P. Tim, you were one of a kind.

Just realized that the two people I used to watch and who both impacted my sense of humor the most as a kid are now both gone.

Robin Williams and Tim Conway.

And they were like the gateway drug to me discovering Richard Pryor and George Carlin.



World's just not as funny any more.
