one was sent to a Congressman as well both similar in delivery. Wonder if this is related to Boston? Someone is starting something

The U.S. Secret Service has intercepted a letter addressed to President Barack Obama that contained a "suspicious substance."

A law enforcement official said the letter is very similar to one recently mailed to Mississippi Republican Sen. Roger Wicker. That letter tested positive Tuesday for poisonous ricin.

Wonder if it was really ricin in the letter to the President (testing apparently still ongoing).

If it were, the perpetrator is either really dumb or is just making a point. Really dumb because even an idiot would know that there's a snowball's chance in hell that mail gets even in the door of the White House (much less to the President) without being screened multiple times.
