Sad

What was the GM thinking? They have 3 players that basically play the same position, Jennings who is a undersized shooting guard, playing point, and no bench.

So its the Coaches fault eh?

Dumars loves firing head coaches. Never has had any patience. Also loves to give out huge deals and pull off bad trades. Still hate that you guys got Mark Jackson. Joe D prolly woulda fired him anyway.

You might get lucky, if the Warriors miss the playoffs you may get a chance to pick him up

Jackson has his flaws, no doubt. But the man has increased our winning % each year that he's been here.

Despite having major injuries, and a flawed roster, La Tax, Bazemore, to name a few, he's gotten the most out the team, and somehow has gotten them to play some defense.

You can criticize his rotations, and tendency to favor vets, but the team as is , will make the playoffs, and with some luck may crack 50 wins this year ( I wouldn't bet on the latter ) .

Not sure what folks were expecting, Coaches are great if you get them great players. Mo Cheeks a bad Coach? The Cleveland guy who got the axe, a bad Coach? The owners should hold the GM's just as responsible for the teams downfalls ( not likely since they are most likely a golfing buddy )

Another below-average team mired in medocrity with no real plans of improving will hire Mo next season.

The whole situation in the city of Detroit is such a downer. It extends all the way down to their sports teams I think.
