OT: Looking for a Graphic Designer

dont know if this is breaking the rules. but Im looking for a fulltime graphic designer. photoshop, illustrator and HTML a must. if you know of anyone in the Vancouver BC (Lower Mainland) that has minimum 2 years experience.
