OT - Kyle Busch loses license for 45 days

So the super driver who got nabbed doing 128 in a Lexus in a 45 MPH zone lost his license for 45 days.

His lawyer argued he was not being treated fairly and like a normal person.

What say you?

His lawyer is right. A normal person would have gotten their license suspended for 90 days.

Did he just lose his license, or was he fined as well, because a normal person probably pays a hefty fine as well.

You need a license for the series you intend to race in, which is different than a state issued driver's license. One is not dependent on the other.

it's a shame that he didn't get punished more severely by nascar. this really does nothing to deter the next guy from doing the same exact thing
