yeah, but still. This week I lost either 4.5 or 5.5 LBs (can't remember exactly...). Granted I did go to 2 baseball games this week (a lot of walking) and had work every day this week, but this far into my weight loss and whatnot, I should be plateau-ing and not losing that much a week, no?
Yeah, probably. Just eat more, especially light stuff. Eat stuff that isn't filling in addition to what you've been eating, just to add calories, if you're worried about it.
