On a related note to me getting new clothes, I now weigh 194.5 LBs as of this morning

I plan on weighing myself on Tuesday. I haven't been the the gym in a while, so I'm probably back up around 220. By the end of the semester, I'll probably be around 200. Congratulations to you on getting below 200, by the way.


And my clothes are all huge on me now, too.

Thanks, Chris! Keep in mind that I can't run yet either. I have done most of this by just dieting. I have worked out a bit, but I don't want to work out too much on my upper body when I can't work out my legs.

Yeah, if I've lost weight recently, it's been through eating less, but I plan on working out, tracking my weight to see what effect it's having, then adjusting my diet accordingly once I've reached a good weight so that I can keep working out without losing anymore weight.

Let's see...

I joined Disney in November 2005, I believe. I have somewhere around 3500 posts there. I won't get any more now that the Pirates board has migrated to SportsHoopla. About 1.66 posts per day.

Here I have over 20 posts per day. Nearly 10,000 posts in a little over a year.

I think I want to lose 10 more LBs, and then try to exchange fat for muscle. I'm a little worried that I'm not going to be eating enough though. I've gotten used to eating the amount that I have, and I'm not particularly hungry anymore. I'm probably eating much too little and my doc would have a fit

yeah, but still. This week I lost either 4.5 or 5.5 LBs (can't remember exactly...). Granted I did go to 2 baseball games this week (a lot of walking) and had work every day this week, but this far into my weight loss and whatnot, I should be plateau-ing and not losing that much a week, no?
