I am really annoyed at all the SportsHoopla recruiting the Water Cooler did. I don't like sharing with new people! I like things the way they were. And more people just means more likely to get dumb ass troll posters, right?

I agree. more is not necessarily better.
I know all of you fuckers here on the hockey boards, there gets to a point when you don't... and then you lose that sense of community.
of course, for advertising dollars, users and hits are where it's at - so I understand that push.

I was kind of making this point of the flyers board. I like keeping things small and don't feel the need to go on a massive recruit for posters. We have a good group here, and while the mods do a great job, too many people will eventually get out of hand.

I, for one, am very pleased with the heavy influx of new Pirates posters. They're excellent.

Also, this online TA course thing is super boring. I can't wait to finish it so I can study PChem...

I just finished the student conduct portion of my online TA training, and excessive body odor is defined in the conduct policy as disruptive behavior. :p

I really hope I don't have to enforce that.

One of my RAs left her class ring in her room at the end of last year, and I found it while doing end-of-the-year room checks, so I mailed it to her. The envelope arrived torn in the corner and empty. What the heck?
