OT: I wanna watch a scary movie tonight

and theres a place near my work that has a shitload of obscure horror movies on sale so Im droppin buy there at lunch ... can anyone recommend anything?

Satanic sluts 1, 2 or 3has caught my eye ... i doubt theyre very scary but Im sure they have some redeeming qualities (lol)

lol...Video stores should have a dedicated 'Andrew Stevens' or 'Shannon Tweed' section. Bonus points if selecting a movie starring both Stevens and Tweed.

Scary? Not much really does it anymore so going into the past I still love and always will the Original Halloween. but its not scary anymore I would love to hear everyones opinions on what is their scariest today. not yesterday today. I have yet to find one. I found Paranormal Activity way too boring I probably with watch part 2 but its so set up now. Blair Witch when it first came out was classic awesome but that ruined it for movies like Paranormal Activity as you just cant pass off anything as "real" which you know plain well it isnt.

I watched Paranormal activity on DVD and unfortunately the start was way to slow ... felt no suspense early and I ended up forwarding through the whole thing to the "scary" parts

yeah in subtitles. very cool concept and while you can only go so far with a Zombie Flick it carries well. some really good scenes at the end with chainsaws and axes and such

I thought Raimi's Drag Me To Hell was fun. That might be one of the few recent horror movies I liked. I am not into the torture pron movies that so many seem to be nowadays.

I thought Paranormal Activity was decent but understand the slow comments. I was also upset she didnt get topless.

If you want something in French, you could also check out Haute Tension (High Tension in English). I would call it thriller moreso than horror, but it's pretty intense and has a surprising ending.

That movie was funny. The old fashioned gore was fun to see.

If you want something cheesy, you could try to track down a copy of "Death Bed: The Bed that Eats", which is a hilariously awful movie about *shockingly* a bed that eats people when they lay on it.

Had to back it up a few times because I was laughing so hard at some of the ridiculously awful acting and dialogue.
