OT I have the worst song stuck in my head for 3 straight days?

This is bothering me bad enough that maybe talking about it will help me? I have been watching That 70s Show episodes on Netflix at night one episode in early season 1 they all go to a Disco. When Hyde and Donna dance together, the ABBA song "Fernando" was playing and I fell asleep right after that scene. I CANNOT GET THAT FUCKING SONG OUT OF MY HEAD???????? Its been 3 days and I honestly am going crazy. Can somebody hold me while I cry a little? I would slap my Grandma if it made this go away.
