had some friends over for brunch this morning, and the dude brought over a 1 L bottle of cheap-assed 'California Champagne'. Mix it with OJ, and we are good to go.
the women didn't drink, and the other dude only had one glass, so I was a bit tispy by noon.
yay for easter
Happy Easter to all. It will be an interesting day for us. My son, daughter in law and grandson are in town and it's my grandson's second birthday.
So we have a brunch scheduled, His party and the Sabres game going. My wife is not a big hockey fan and she said it's too bad the game is on at 3 pm we won't get to watch it because of Tylers party. My son looked at her and said "Mom the TV gets turned on at 3pm". We raised that boy well.
He bought Tyler a Sabres jersey before the last game and they won so little Tyler will be wearing it again. All is cool though because he does like watching the games and he knows who the Sabres are.
The hard part is grandpa has to refrain from going into a litany of profanities when they do something stupid (Connolly usually gets me going) but it should be a good day.
-Why you have "dinner" sometime in the middle of the afternoon
-Why there is a bunny in a holiday related to the return of Jesus
-How this bunny lays eggs or what a rabbit has to do with eggs at all
So, I hope everyone enjoys this holiday that celebrates the inter-breeding of chickens and rabbits. You bunch of pervs.
