Don't be a jabroni.
First Cap Geek because of the founder's death a few years ago and now the guy who developed Fanager was hired by Vegas in a management role.
Why General Fanager joined NHL’s Las Vegas team, ended site
WTF man? I used to dig up all the contract information through hard work and existing contacts back in the late 1990s/early 2000s, whom I no longer have connections with. For those who were around back then, my contract information was 99.9% accurate.
Along comes the internet and growing sources of information and it made my life easier and I loved sharing that information with you guys while protecting my relationships. Cap Geek saved me from all the hard work and when that went down I was even more impressed with GF, which was a user-enhanced platform that was way easier than CG - a 2 year old could use it and the tools like Mock Expansion Drafts was fun (at least for me).
Sucks, there is no information even available anymore. I threw out the idea a few years ago that I may develop a site of my own, it's looking more and more like I may do that.
